Our corporate culture is to manufacture high quality products at reasonable prices and provide excellent after sales services to all our clients.

Amecrown group has established five control centres In order to achieve and enhance this target : –

R & D Centre

The centre gathers Amecrown’s experts and technical staff, who always travel abroad to keep themselves abreast with the latest technology. They bring home the latest technology and knowledge to train local staff and continuously enhance the quality of Amecrown products. Needless to say, the R&D Centre has laid a strong foundation for Amecrown to achieve what it has achieved today.

Production Centre

The centre only uses the materials strictly selected by Amecrown’s R&D centre. To guarantee smooth production flow all year long, regular inspection and maintenance of the equipment and machines are conducted from time to time.

The staff at the production centre are also given sufficient training to enhance their productivity and quality of work.

QC Centre

For Amecrown Group, the quality of its products is the top priority.

The staff of the QC Centre inspect the quality of all products to ensure the consistency of product quality. To better control the overall quality of Amecrown products, the centre issues quality guidelines regularly to ensure that the staff of the Amecrown Group are informed and thus follow suit and implement accordingly.

Distribution
Centre

The distribution centre ensures that Amecrown products are distributed to the whole country. The quality of the distribution, i.e. strategic logistics planning and on-time delivery, is the key area of the centre. In addition, the distribution centre is also working towards distributing Amecrown products to every supermarket and shopping complex nationwide. In other words, it is the responsibility of the distribution centre to ensure that the good taste of Amecrown products is delivered for the enjoyment of the consumers.

Marketing & Customer Service Centre

The centre has a strong team which ensures that Amecrown products are introduced to customers throughout the country. Other than organising promotional events, they also communicate with the customers to listen to their feedback and come up with a marketing and service improvement plan. With their acute marketing sense, they are always aware of the customers’ needs and changes of tastes—which explains why Amecrown is capable of producing various types of products to cater for the needs of its customers. Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS)

Other than focusing on its business, the Group is also actively participating in charitable events to take on its corporate social responsibility (CSR). Donations have been made to help the development of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF), orphan houses, old folk houses and schools.
